Closed cell, crosslinked polyolefin foams are fine celledchemically cross-linked high-qualitylow densityfoams with a micro-cellular structure from differing base polymers but all manufactured using unique autoclave processes blended with nitrogen saturation technology.

These foams have smooth surface, great shock absorption, and chemical resistivity. With the closed-cell structure, XLPE foams perform well as impact damping material, industrial gasket, thermal insulation, and protective packaging foams.
